Spinner rings are perfect for reliving stress and anxiety inspired by ancient practises of using your hands and fingers to quieten the mind. The rhythmic motion of spinning the inner band can help with relaxation, reduce stress, and improve focus and concentration. They're also great fun!
A perfect class for beginners or anyone looking to get back into jewellery making. You will make a sterling silver ring shank, with a spinner band over it. The class is a fun and intensive day to be creative and discover new skills. Classes will be taught 1:1 in my private studio. (Classes hold a maximum of 3 students)
