Please note that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. These import taxes apply only when shipping outside of the UK

CUSTOM AND BESPOKE DESIGNS

Our custom and bespoke pieces are created with intricacy and precision that can take hours to weeks to create. Please get in touch with Ellie to find out a more accurate timeframe for our bespoke orders.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

You should find sizing details for each item in the product descriptions of the separate listing.For rings there is a ‘how to’ picture on the listings

​DELIVERY

All our packages are sent with Royal Mail and any orders outside of the UK are sent with tracked and signed for. Options are available for next day and special delivery upon request. Please check individual listings for specific shipping lead times as these vary per piece. Please get in contact if you would like a piece for a sooner date to see if this would be possible.

RETURNS

Bespoke or personalised pieces will be not be accepted for any returns, refunds or exchanges.

There is a 24hr cancellation policy when placing orders, after this time pieces may be in production.

Please note that we have a 14 day return policy. All non bespoke pieces will be accepted as long as they are returned within 14 days of purchase and have been unworn and returned in their original packaging. We currently do not cover any return postage and there will be covered by the customer. It is the buyers responsibility to choose a safe shipping method with suitable coverage for loss or damage in transit. In case of fault or damage, please email us for assistance. Returns or exchanges showing damage caused by wear or accident will not be accepted.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned.
